Yes you have to be Masonic Family…you can be a family member of a Mason – ie – Mason, Child of a Mason, Grandchild of a Mason, etc. and reside at The Residence of Coffee Pot Bayou.
What are the Deposit Requirements?
First and Last Month Rent is required at the time you sign lease.
What are the Credit Check Fees?
The Credit Check Fees are $50 per person
Are there any Association Fees?
There is a $100 Association Application Fee
Do you allow Pets?
Currently, no pets are allowed at The Residences of Coffee Pot Bayou.
Does the Apartment Home have a secure campus?
A security officer is on duty 24/7. There is also security monitoring cameras throughout the campus.
Does the Apartment Home provide Water/Sewer/Trash?
Water/Sewer/Trash will be charged at $50 per month to tenant in addition to monthly rental rate.
Does the Apartment Home provide cable, internet or phone?
Residents may arrange and pay for their own private cable, phone, and internet service.
